This place is in a great location with a great price and a strong sense of community. 10-15 minute walk to Arena District and Short North. Dog park right behind the complex. Beautiful neighborhood to walk thru with Victorian Village so close. Good spots for food close by with Katalina's, Zeno's, and Sexton's Pizza. I am very happy living here.
